This Policy applies to all products manufactured and sold by Sri Parshwanath Industries ("SPI") within India through its website or authorized sales channels.
By purchasing from SPI, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.
2. Eligibility for Return
Returns shall be accepted only in the following cases:
The product has a manufacturing defect.
An incorrect product (wrong model/specification) has been delivered.
To qualify:
The return request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused and not installed.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (original invoice) must be provided.
SPI reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items shall not be eligible for return:
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use not in accordance with the product manual.
Products installed, used, altered, or tampered with.
Customized or special-order products.
Items returned without original packaging or with missing accessories.
4. Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection by SPI’s technical team.
If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or company error, the return will be approved.
If the issue is due to improper handling, installation error, voltage fluctuation, or misuse, the return may be rejected.
SPI’s inspection findings shall be final.
5. Service Policy
Where a return or warranty claim is approved, the product shall be serviced in accordance with the terms of the 2-Year Limited Warranty.
Service During Warranty Period
Eligible products will be repaired or serviced within the applicable warranty period.
New and genuine spare parts shall be used for servicing wherever required.
Service timeline shall generally be 7–10 business days from the date of approval and receipt of the product.
Chargeable Repairs
The following cases shall not be covered under free warranty service:
Damage due to over-voltage or electrical surge.
Burnt components caused by improper installation or voltage fluctuation.
Damage due to external factors, mishandling, or misuse.
In such cases:
The product may be repaired at a minimal service charge.
Charges shall depend on the nature of damage and cost of components.
The customer will be informed of the estimated repair cost before proceeding.
No repairs shall be undertaken without customer confirmation in chargeable cases.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds shall be processed only if replacement is not feasible or approved by SPI.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
For offline/COD payments, refund will be processed via bank transfer upon receipt of valid bank details.
Shipping Charges
If return is due to SPI’s error (manufacturing defect, transit damage, incorrect product), return shipping charges shall be borne by SPI.
In other approved cases, original shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable.
7. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team with order details and reason for return.
Our team will guide you regarding pickup or return shipping instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with all accessories and invoice.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status and process replacement or refund accordingly.
8. 2-Year Limited Warranty
All SPI products carry a 2 (Two) Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage due to improper installation.
Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, electrical surge, or external environmental conditions.
Physical damage, mishandling, or accidental breakage.
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or tampering.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Warranty Claim Requirements
Original invoice is mandatory.
Product must be returned for inspection.
Warranty is valid only within India.
Upon verification of defect, SPI shall, at its discretion:
Repair the product, or
Replace the defective product.
SPI’s liability under warranty shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.
9. Limitation of Liability
SPI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
Total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring installation by qualified professionals where required.
10. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
