4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes (including GST) shall be charged as per prevailing law.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• SPI reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:
• Pricing errors
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• In such cases, any amount received shall be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately.

6. Returns, Replacement & Warranty

• Returns, replacements, and warranty claims shall be governed by SPI’s separate Return, Replacement, Refund & Warranty Policy, as published on the website.
• All products carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms stated therein.

7. User Obligations

Users agree:

• Not to upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
